This fusion class is designed to improve strength, stability, mobility and mental clarity - all in one session. Expect a flow that begins with gentle stretching and breath awareness, moves into controlled Pilates exercises targeting the core, back, glutes and finishes with yoga-inspired stretches and calming poses to release tension and quiet the mind.
