The Township of West Lincoln will hold a flag raising ceremony with Positive Living Niagara on Thursday, November 27, in recognition of HIV/AIDS Awareness Week, World AIDS Day and Indigenous HIV/AIDS Awareness Week. Members of the public are invited to attend.
